Shish Barak
16 oz. container plain yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp. corn starch
2 to 3 cups water
3 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsps. butter
1 tbsp. dried mint
˝ tsp. salt
1 12 oz. bag frozen tortellini

Rice
2 cups rice
2 tbsps. shortening
3 cups water
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
To prep the sauce, sauté garlic and mint in butter. Set aside.

Mix the yogurt, egg, corn starch, water and salt together. Cook on medium heat, stirring in one direction, until the pot boils. Add the tortellini and cook until the pasta is soft. Add the garlic and mint mixture.

To prep the rice, melt the shortening in a pot. Add the rice and salt. Add water, cook for 10 minutes until rice is soft and water is evaporated.

To serve, add two spoonfuls of rice to a bowl. Add the Shish barak. Serve hot.
