1 piece shankleesh (you can get this at a Lebanese grocery store in the dairy section)
1 diced tomato
1 diced onion
1 tbsp. olive oil
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble the shankleesh into a plate. Add the tomato and then the onion. Add some salt. Drizzle the olive oil. This tastes very good with pita bread.

Shankleesh is basically dried yogurt shaped into a ball and covered with oregano. This makes a great addition to your mazza table and looks beautiful when garnished with onion and tomatoes.
