1 loaf Pita Bread (Lebanese bread)
1 london broil, cubed
½ tsp. allspice
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. red pepper
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 large sliced onion
1 large sliced tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Put one slice of bread on pan.

Add all spices to the beef cubes and mix well. Add the beef to the bread. Add slices of onion and slices of tomato. Cover with the second slice of bread and then with foil. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.

This dish works very well with other barbequed dishes, such as kabob and shishtawooz. It is a wonderful summer dish and will taste great with a side of hummus and tabouli.
