1 - 8 oz can spiced apples, drain & reserve juice
1 - 15 1/4 oz can sliced pineapple, drain & reserve juice
1 - 16 oz can peach halves, drain
1 16 oz can pear halves, drain
1 - 16 oz can apricot halves, drain
1/2 cup margarine
2 tbsp plain flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 - 1 cup sherry, may substitute with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Half apples and pineapple & layer all fruit in a 2 quart casserole. Set aside.

Melt butter, add flour and sugar till smooth. Add liquid, cook and stir constantly till thick. Pour over fruit and chill 8 hours.
Bring to room temperature then bake at 350º 25 minutes or until bubbly.
