24 small mushrooms
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Place mushrooms, onion and pimientos in jar or bowl. Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered container; pour over vegetables. Cover tightly and refrigerate, shaking jar occasionally (or stirring), at least 24 hours, but no longer than 5 days. I like to make mine about 48 hours ahead.

Drain, serve with plastic picks. 24 appetizers.
