9 lb. beef brisket (flat side)
Kinsella's Rub below
course salt- tbsp.
fresh ground black pepper- tbsp.
garlic powder- tbsp.
onion powders- tsp.
fresh ground nutmeg- tsp.

Directions:
Directions:
mix dry ingredients
heavily coat meat and wrap tightly in heavy foil
place in roasting pan
cook on broil for 30 minutes then turn oven off
leave in oven until it cools

You brisket should be done. Do not slice until it's room temperature.
