Crust:
1 3 oz cream cheese
1 c flour
½ c butter
Filling:
1 egg, beaten
¾ c brown sugar
1 T soft butter
1 T vanilla
2/3 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients to form a dough. Chill 2 hours before rolling. Mix filling ingredients together and set aside. Roll dough with rolling pin to 1/8” thick. Cut into round shapes and place in muffin pan covering sides and bottom. Spoon filling into each one about 2/3 full. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
