1 cup all-purpose flour
1 t baking powder
Zest of 1 lemon
¾ c sugar
2 eggs
½ c vegetable oil
1 t vanilla
¾ c your favorite chopped fruit (strawberries, apples, oranges, blueberries, etc)
Directions:
Directions:
Set aside ¼ c of fruit. Mix all other ingredients with ½ c fruit in bowl and pour into 8” square pan and top batter with remaining ¼ c fruit. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
