¾ c butter, melted
1 ½ c flour
¾ c finely chopped pecans
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 (13 ½ oz) Cool Whip
1 (3 ¾ oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 (4 ½ oz) pkg chocolate instant pudding
3 c milk
Chopped pecans
Grated chocolate

Combine butter, flour and pecans, mixing well. Press into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 ½ cups Cool Whip. Blend thoroughly. Spread over crust. Chill. Combine pudding mixes and milk. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding layer. Garnish with pecans and grated chocolate.
