2 sticks margarine
3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup 1-minute oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/3 cup milk + 1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 eggs
2 cups raisins

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Melt margarine in microwave for 25 seconds. Add all ingredients except raisins. Mix until all ingredients are blended together. Add raisins. Spoon (or use fork) onto cookie sheets.

Depending on the size of the cookies, bake between 10 and 13 minutes.
