2 lb. Ricotta or Cottage Cheese (mom used Cottage)
1 lb. Provolone Cheese
1 lb. Munster Cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 lb. Ground Italian Sausage
1 large jar of Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
1 package lasagna noodles (cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and sausage together in skillet.
2. Make layers starting with a layer of noodles and a layer of cottage cheese, then 2 more cheeses, meat and sauce.
3. Next, another layer of noodles, cottage cheese, etc. until you have 4 or 5 layers.
4. Top with noodles and sauce.
5. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1 12 hours.

This recipe was given to my mother, Joan Simmill Thiers, by her mother in law, Jean Browne Thiers. It's a family favorite. She always loved that everyone raved about her lasagna and it was made with Spaghetti Sauce from a jar.
