6 scoop hapa rice (cooked)
1 block extra tofu
3 sheets nori

Slice tofu like a spam steak drained and remove liquid as much as possible getting it ready for frying; you will need 6 slices. Fry tofu in veggie oil till crispy, remove and place on paper towel to drain oil ....

Remove oil from frying, mix equal parts of kikoman soy, mirin, ketchup and sugar. Cook down till sauce thicken up.

Cut nori sheets in half. Add fried tofu to sauce mixture then assemble. Fill your musubi press half with rice, top rice with furikake/ tofu, top with more rice & furikake press down on rice. Lift press and place on a slice of nori center. For the rice on nori you may brush on more sauce mixture and fold nori to complete your musubi......
