2/3 stick butter
1 onion, sautéed
1-32 oz bag shredded hash browns (Ore Ida)
1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
1 c cream of chicken soup
12 oz sour cream
cracker crumbs for top

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion in butter until tender. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, put bag of hash browns, cooked onion, grated cheese, chicken soup, and sour cream. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in a well greased casserole dish, top with cracker crumbs and bake in a 350º oven until bubbly and beginning to brown. Around 30-45 minutes.
