1 lb. bag 15 Bean Soup Mix
1 Onion, chopped
3 Celery stalks, cut up
1 Ham Steak with bone, cut up into chunks
4 tsp. Oil
2 Bay Leaves
Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 can Diced Tomatoes

Directions:

Rinse beans and place in Pressure Cooker with 8 cups water, oil, seasoning packet, seasonings, ham (including the bone), onion, and celery. Place on High Pressure for 30 minutes; let Natural Pressure Release, about 20 minutes. Remove bay leaves. Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. If beans are not completely cooked, put pressure cooker on simmer and cook until beans are tender.
