2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cold butter or margarine
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine dry ingredients by sifting.

2) Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. With a fork, stir in milk until mixture forms a ball.

3) Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Knead 5-6 times.

4) Roll to 1/2 inch thickness, cut with biscuit cutter or glass.

5) Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup honey
Combine and beat until smooth

Cinnamon Spread:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
