Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4+ lb of a round rump roast
Sweet baby rays BBQ (big bottle)
Red wine - maybe a cup
Minced garlic - a couple spoonfuls
2 onions sliced in circles

A slow cooker

Directions:
Directions:
Put the roast in the slow cooker. Pour the wine in. Slice the onions into the dish. Spoon the garlic on. Pour the whole bottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce in. Put the cover on & turn on low for 6-8 hours. About 3:00 put a fork in the meat if you can just to check if it's getting tender, if not, turn the heat up to hi.

Around dinner time take 2 forks and shred the meat. (make an x with the forks and pull) it should fall apart.

Serve over your favorite rolls. Yum yum

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a very easy recipe. You might need to adjust the liquid levels depending on the size of your slow cooker. I have a big one, so these are my best estimates.
