2-3 round beef steaks tenderized with flour
2 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes
1 med onion chopped
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 325º. Sprinkle steaks lightly with flour and tenderize on both sides.

2) Brown meat in 2 Tbsp vegetable oil. Place meat in oven safe dish and add rest of ingredients.

3) Cover and bake for 1 hour or until desired tenderness of meat is reached.
