4 1/2 cups mixed berries, strawberries, raspberries & blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
pastry for 9" double crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, stir together sugar and cornstarch. Add berries; gently toss until berries are coated. Pour berry mixture into 9" pan lined with pie crust. Top with second crust, crimp to seal edge. To prevent over browning cover edge with foil. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes when using fresh fruit or 50 minutes for frozen fruit. Remove foil and bake an additional 20-30 minutes or until top is golden. Cool on a wire rack.

When using frozen fruit, allow fruit mixture to stand for 15-30 minutes or until fruit is partially thawed.
Sprinkle a small amount of sugar & cornstarch mixture onto bottom pie crust.
