3-5 lbs Beef Short Ribs (you can use pork also)
1 Bottle Heinz Chili Sauce (12 oz)
1/2 C water
2 T vinegar
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
Juice of 1/2 Lemon (2 T)
1 T Brown Sugar
Salt & Pepper
1/3 C Chopped Onion

Directions:
Directions:
1.Place the ribs in a shallow baking pan, cover with waxed paper. Bake in hot oven 500º for 15 minutes.
2. Reduce heat to 350º and remove the waxed paper.
3. Meanwhile saute the onion in a little margarine in a sauce pan, then add the Heinz chili sauce, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
4. Pour sauce over the ribs and bake one hour longer, basting frequently.
5. Turn to cook on both sides.
