Ingredients:  
1 cup chunky peanut butter (If you use plain, add 4 chopped granola bars.)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 ~ 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Mix first 5 ingredients and add chips
Refrigerate 30~60 minutes
Wet hands and roll cookies into small balls
Place on ungreased cookie sheets at least 2" apart
Bake about 8~9 minutes ~ watch !!!
Let cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet then transfer to rack

Makes about 18 cookies
