3 cups cooked medium shell macaroni
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (6 1/4 ounce) can crab meat or 1 cup cut-up imitation crab
1 (5 ounce) can shrimp or 1 (6 ounce) can tuna or salmon, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

In mixing bowl, combine macaroni, cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, tomato sauce, crabmeat and shrimp. Spray or butter a 2-quart baking dish. Turn casserole mixture into baking dish.

Bake about 25 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serves 4-6.

This is a good and easy way to get one of the two weekly servings of fish recommended by nutrition experts. Serve it with a mixed green salad and whole wheat rolls.
