2 apples
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 t. sugar (for browning)
3 T. butter or margarine
Dash of salt
Cinnamon topping:
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar or artificial sweetener

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Use a frying pan/skillet that can also go in the oven, cut apples into very thin slices. Combine the skim milk, flour, eggs, sugar and salt. Mix until smooth but do not beat. Melt 1 T. butter in frying pan; add sliced apple's and saute slightly. Pour batter over apples. Bake in oven 10 to 15 minutes or until puffy. Dot with remaining butter and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Return to oven for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and cut into serving size portions.
