Cookie:
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup butter - melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup peeled, diced apples
1/2 cup semi sweet bits

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbls butter - melted
1 tsp cinnamon
2-3 tbls evaporated milk

Directions:
Combine all cookie ingredients - bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes on lightly greased sheets.

Combine glaze ingredients, adding evaporated milk a bit at a time until spreadable.
