1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 c sauerkraut, chopped, rinsed, drained
½ c sour cream
1 c (4oz) shredded Swiss cheese
2 T ketchup
2 T finely chopped onion
½ pound deli corned beef, finely chopped
Snack rye bread or crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and ketchup until smooth. Stir in the corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese, and onion until blended. Transfer to a greased 1 qt baking dish. Cover and bake 375 for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 5 minutes more or until bubbly. Serve warm with bread or crackers.
