10 slices rye bread- trim crusts, cut into 3/4" cubes
6 eggs slightly beaten
3 c milk
1 ½ lb corned beef shredded
salt, pepper, mustard
2 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese (10 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Place cubes in 9x13 greased pan. Layer meat over cubes. Sprinkle cheese. Beat eggs, milk, and spices until blended. Pour over bread mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate. Bake 350 covered for 45 min, then uncovered until golden brown.
