1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 stick butter
Dutch Oven

Directions:
Before leaving on the trip you can mix the sugar and flour and cinnamon together and keep it in a large zip lock bag. When ready to cook, add butter to mixture and blend it thoroughly. Place the Dutch Oven in a bed of coals/embers. Put blueberries in Dutch Oven and then cover the blueberries with the mixture. Pat the mixture down so it is smooth. Cover and let cook for 15 - 20 minutes checking it frequently. It is done when the top is slightly brown and crispy and the blueberries are bubbling. The time will vary depending on how hot the embers are.
