1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
grated cheese (sharp cheddar or your favorite cheese)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 stick pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until done. Put in greased baking dish. Cover with cheese. Strain tomatoes, mix tomatoes & cheese into macaroni. Slice pepperoni and put slices into pan of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain, place over macaroni casserole. Bake 325º - 350º for 30-40 minutes
