1 lb. pork cutlets
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 1/2 cups cooked tomatoes
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dip cutlets in mixture of salts, pepper, chili powder, and flour. Brown onions in oil. Add meat and brown thoroughly. Remove excess oil. Add celery and tomatoes. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat and bake in moderate oven 350º until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
