1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup drained chopped canned tomatoes
2 cups cooked medium noodles
1 cup cooked peas
2 cans (@7 oz. each) tuna, drained and flaked

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, cook onion in margarine until tender, stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 qt. shallow baking dish 12 x 8 x 2". Bake 400º for 20 minutes, stir. Top with sliced cheese and croutons or potato chips, if desired. Bake until cheese melts.
