3-4 chicken breast, boiled with barlic
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
6 Tbsp. cooking Sherry or wine
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cooked chicken into 1" pieces, place in casserole dish. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Sherry or wine, and soup. Spread over chicken, top with cheese. Bake at 350º oven for 1 hour. This can be prepared ahead and baked later.
