1 1/2 cups apricot nectar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
1 small can crushed pineapple
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Heat nectar to boil. Add jello & crushed pieapple. Let mixture cool slightly. Separate in half. Let half set until firm, the cover with cream cheese & mayonnaise. Cover with remaining half of jello. Refrigerate. Do not cover to prevent moisture from forming on jello.
