11/4 lbs. veal steak or chops
1 c bread crumbs
milk
10 oz aspargus
6 oz. crab drained well
4 slices muenster cheese
SAUCE:
3 T butter
2 T flour
1 c milk
1 chicken boullion cube
dash of salt, garlic powder and dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Roll veal in milk and bread crumbs and cook in 350º oven for 20 minutes turn and cook for additional 20 minutes.
Arrange meat in serving dish, top with cook asparagus. Then sprinkle with crab meat then cheese slices.
In seperate pan melt butter, add flour, salt, garlic powder, bullion cube and mustard. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
Pour sauce over meat and bake for 10 minutes @ 425º
