2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix
1 pt. cherry tomatoes or 3 small tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3-4 Tbsp. sweet relish
1 part Hellman's mayo to 3 parts Miracle Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Cook cornbread as directed on package in a 13 x 9 pan the night before. Crumble cornbread and add all ingredients except mayo & Miracle Whip. Mix mayo & Miracle Whip together. Add a little at a time to mixture, enough to make ingredients stick together. Do Not Bake!
