2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz. grated sharp cheese
1 small carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 cup chopped onion
dash of salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients together. Put in a buttered 9 x 12" baking dish. Cover and bake at 375º for 1 hour. Yield about 10 servings.
