2 packages of frozen chopped broccoli
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 cup milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Velveeta Cheese
1 tube of Ritz crackers, crumbled
Additional butter patties

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in saucepan; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat and blend in cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Place vegetables in 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish. Pour sauce over top with Velveeta cheese. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Place butter patties on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º covered for 1/2 hour and uncovered for 1/2 hour.

This recipe didn't specify how much Velveeta Cheese to use. I usually cut off about 1/3 of the tube and dice up.
