Blueberry Muffins Recipe

2/3 cups Crisco
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 heaping tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
1 cup milk
1/8 cup Butavan
3 eggs (one at a time)
1 can blueberries (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cream together the Crisco and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well. Add the milk and flour alternately, ending with the flour.

Add the Butavan.

Fold in the blueberries.

Bake in mini muffin cups 12 -15 minutes or until brown.

The batter will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
