1 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Put 2 Tbsp. oil into a glass 10 inch pie pan and place in preheating oven. Sift dry ingredients together; add eggs, milk, and oil. Stir until smooth. Remove hot pan from oven and pour batter into it. Immediately return to the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Top should look golden brown when finished cooking.
