1 lb Pork or Beef
2 cups carrots shredded
2 cups cabbage shredded
2 cups onion chopped
1/2 clove garlic chopped
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp salt
Lumpia shells

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil, add garlic and onions with meat and cook for about 5 minutes; add rest of ingredients and cook meat until done then drain off grease; set aside and cool; wrap in shells and fry in pan of oil or deep fryer.

Lumpia is the Filipino version of egg rolls. This recipe was given to Barbara at her mother-in-law Louise's funeral gathering. A neighbor up the street made these wonderful tasty dish.
