8 lbs. pork spareribs
3 c. ketchup
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 TBS. lemon juice
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 dash tabasco
3 TBS Heinz 57
2 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Place the ribs in a large stock pot with enough water to cover. Bring water to a boil and cook over medium-high heat for 1 hour.
Preheat 350º.
In a medium saucepan combine all sauce ingredients. Cook the sauce over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes.
Cut the ribs between the bones and place in baking pan. Pour sauce over ribs, cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 30 minutes more.
