4 boneless skinless chicken breast
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup half & half
1 stick margarine
4 oz .sliced mushrooms
4 oz. sliced green olives
1/4 cup white wine or cooking sherry
white pepper and salt to taste
flour or corn starch to thicken

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chicken breast in salted water until done.
Melt margarine in the chicken broth and half & half and bring to a boil, thicken. Add white pepper and white wine and remove from the heat.
Place the chicken breast in a casserole dish, layer the mushrooms and green olives.
Pour the sauce over the chicken cover and bake on 350º for 60 minutes.
