4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
2 10 oz. cans of cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
2 cups cheddar cheese or Monterrey jack
1 16 oz. container of Sour Cream
Flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT chicken. Remove some of the mixture and set aside to use as topping over enchiladas. Add chicken to the larger bowl of sauce. Spoon into flour tortillas and place in casserole dish. Spread remaining sauce over top of enchiladas and sprinkle more cheese on top.
