marinating spices

favorite b-cue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Season ribs with salt, pepper and any other favorite marinating spice.Cover and let set in refrigerator as long as 12 hours if you would like. Cover ribs in tenfoil and put in pan and bake in 350º oven for 40 -50 minutes or until fork tender. Carefully drain off fat and add your favorite barbecue sauce and bake 10 more minutes uncovered.

If you buy in large pack to separate and put in freezer do not wash before you store in freezer. Just use heavy duty freezer bags and freeze.
