1-2 large bunches of fresh kale (I like Lactino)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2-3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash kale and drain on paper towels. Cut each kale leaf down the center (in two pieces). Stack the leaves and cut 1/2 inch strips crosswise to the leaves. Heat oil in large skillet. Add chopped kale and stir occasionally until greens are wilted. Add onion and garlic and cook until onions are translucent. Season to taste.
