Ingredients:
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb bulk (breakfast) sausage
3 cups Bisquick

Directions:
Let ingredients come to room temperature. Mix together well, using your hands. Roll into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Hint: Use cookie sheets that have a rim or lip. These will make a lot of oil as they bake, and it will spill into the bottom of your oven if you use the sheets without rims.
