3 oz pkg cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
food color
granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine cream cheese and extract. Gradually beat in powdered sugar with electric mixer until smooth. (Knead in last of it with hands). Knead in food color until even.
Form into 3/4' balls. Dip each ball into granulated sugar, place on waxed paper. Flatten with bottom of a glass. Let dry overnight.
