1 pkg fudge brownie mix (8" pan size)
14 oz caramel bits
1/4 C evaporated milk
1 1/4 C coarsely chopped pecans
2, 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted

Directions:

Prepare brownie batter according to pkg directions. Spread into greased spring form pan. Bake at 350º for 20 min. Cool for 10 min.
Melt caramels with milk. Pour over brownie crust; sprinkle with pecans.
In bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar, blending well. Add eggs, beating on low speed until just combined. Stir in melted chocolate. Pour over pecans. Bake at 350º for 35-40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool for 10 min. Run knife around edge of pan to loosen. Cool completely. Chill overnight.
