1 cup white rice
1 can chicken broth
1 small can tomato sauce
1 onion
1 tbs minced garlic
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan combine olive oil, rice, chopped onion and garlic. Cook until the rice begins to brown.

Pour can of chicken broth in a 2 cup measuring cup. The broth will be less than 2 cups. Top off with tomato sauce until you reach two cups (you use very little tomato sauce).

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Simmer for 25 minutes, never lifting the lid to the pan. after 25 minutes check to see that all liquid is gone. Remove form heat and serve.

This rice is very yummy when served with Chicken tacos or burritos.
