3 Egg yolks beaten
3 Egg whites beaten
½ cup Hot Water
1 ½ cup Sugar
Pinch Salt
1 ½ cup Sifted Flour
1 Tsp Lemon or Vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and hot water until batter almost reaches top of a large bowl
Add sugar, salt, flour, vanilla or lemon extract
Fold in beaten egg whites
Mix with mixer
Grease a large tube pan
Bake at 350º for 50 minutes
