4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 Cup Artichoke Hearts
¼ cup Scallions
1 whole head of Garlic
1 good sprig of fresh Thyme
2 ripe Tomatoes
½ cup White Wine
1 cup Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the chicken breasts on both sides. Put in the wine and let evaporate a little then put the rest of the ingredients and let it cook for 20 minutes.
