Ingredients:  
2 or more lbs of Asparagus cut into 2 ½ inch pieces – throwing the tough ends away
4 cups of boiling water salted a little
2 Tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Grated Cheese
¼ cup Olive Oil
2 large cans Chicken Broth
4 – 5 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook asparagus in salted water until water comes to a boil – do not over cook
Add to water and asparagus – pepper, grated cheese, ½ cup olive oil, and chicken broth
When the asparagus are tender (not overcooked) drop in the soup about 4 – 5 eggs stir lightly as to marble
Add a little more cheese or spices as you like it
The more asparagus you use the tastier
